My experience with Valeo left a very negative impression on the overall working environment rather than on a specific interview question set.

The process and the company felt “awful” to me, and the biggest complaint I had wasn’t technical difficulty—it was a worry about work-life balance and the fact that layoffs could happen if they wanted to.

Even though the company’s salary seemed attractive, I ultimately didn’t go forward with the role. Looking back, the reflection I took away was that a higher pay offer didn’t offset the uncertainty and dissatisfaction I felt about how the organization operates.
