Valeo Embedded Engineer interview experience

My experience with Valeo felt unusually messy on the administrative side.

I remember moving through what seemed like the process, and then the communication about my status didn’t land cleanly—there were cases where I got a rejection email and even an acceptance email on the same day.

That kind of contradictory outcome made the whole thing feel less about the interview performance itself and more about internal confusion. Ultimately, I didn’t receive the offer, and the biggest takeaway for me wasn’t the technical challenge—it was how inconsistent the process messaging ended up being.
