University of Pittsburgh Research Analyst interview experience

I ended up doing an in-person interview a couple of days later, and the interviewers were polite and friendly throughout.

Later, I also experienced a slower phase after interview—hear-back and paperwork pacing really mattered. In my experience, the timeline stretched out: it took a few weeks to get an interview date, then another few weeks to receive an offer, and then additional time before a start date. HR took a while to process new employee paperwork, which made the final leg of the journey feel slower than the interview portion.
