I interviewed for the Research Analyst role through a process that generally followed a standard research-assistant structure: application review, then interviews and a skills check.

Application review — My candidacy began with an application/package review.
Initial interview — I then moved into an initial phone or video interview step.
Skills assessment — A dedicated skills assessment followed.
Final committee interview — The last step was a final in-person or video interview with the hiring committee. Outcome: No offer mentioned, but the takeaway is that this type of pathway is structured and explicitly includes both interviews and skills evaluation.
