I interviewed for the Research Analyst role in a three-interview sequence that stretched over about two months, ending with a start date several months after applying.

Panel round — I began with a panel discussion, then moved into more targeted conversations.
1:1 interview — I met one-on-one with a new interviewer who reviewed my background and how I’d work in the role.
1:1 interview (second) — I completed the final one-on-one with another new interviewer, continuing the same theme of fit and expectations. Outcome: I got an offer in this pathway, and the main takeaway was that the journey was long but structured.
