I applied online and got invited to interview five days later, with the interview happening five days after that invitation.

The overall experience was good, and the interviewers were friendly.

I had to do a presentation of my work, followed by questions about it. They also asked what I knew about the field the job was in, including what I’d read about the research from that lab. Some of the questions about my own work were challenging, but I didn’t feel like they were hostile—just that they expected depth.

I didn’t receive an offer, but the interview felt engaging and fair. The challenging parts were specific, which made the feedback feel more meaningful even though it didn’t end in a decision for me.
