I was referred into the opportunity by someone who was already working there, and that made the process feel straightforward from the start.

The interview itself was with two people in sequence: first a senior research coordinator with a lot of experience, and then the PI. It didn’t feel like a long gauntlet—more like a clean, targeted conversation to confirm fit and interest.

After the interviews, I was told their decision within about a week. The overall vibe was calm and efficient; even though I was still in evaluation mode, the structure didn’t drag on or add surprises.
