After I submitted my application, I didn’t have to wait long to hear back—interviewers contacted me within about two weeks, and the scheduling happened around my preference for phone versus in-person.

I found that part pretty considerate, even though they didn’t really make it sound like one format mattered more than the other.

My interview itself didn’t drag. I ended up doing a short in-person conversation where there weren’t many questions directed at me; it quickly turned into a lot of back-and-forth after I started asking my own questions. I still got an offer, though the process of receiving the offer letter took longer than I expected, which was a bit annoying after the momentum had already built.
