My interview ended up being the kind of technical day where you can feel the pressure build, even if the room itself felt calm.

It was a fairly relaxing meeting, but senior staff asked a lot of technical questions, and the interview ran for about an hour.

There were three interviewers, and what stood out was how much they expected me to understand the project background, not just the generic job description. I remember spending time thinking through job-description-style questions, but the background details were what seemed to matter most as the conversation unfolded.
