I went through a single round that felt fairly contained: it was a three-person panel interview lasting about 45 minutes.

There weren’t multiple stages to grind through—there was only that one interview round before they sent out offers or rejections.

What surprised me was the timeline after the interview. Even though the meeting itself was concentrated, the time between the interview and the offer/rejection decision ended up being quite long.

I didn’t receive an offer, but the interview itself felt like it was run professionally and efficiently once it started. The biggest takeaway for me was how long the wait was after a relatively short panel conversation.
