United Airlines Business Analyst interview experience

First came a phone screen with HR, and then I did two interviews with different team members over video calls.

From application to decision, it took about four weeks, which felt manageable. The rounds weren’t described as overly difficult, and the remote format made it feel efficient even though I still had multiple conversations to go through.

By the end, I felt like the process was pretty streamlined: HR check first, then team fit. The speed to decision was the standout feature for me, and it kept the overall experience from feeling unnecessarily stressful.
