United Airlines Business Analyst interview experience

It was conversational, but it was also clearly anchored in role fit.

The questions were behavioral and job specific, and I could feel they were looking for concrete examples that tied back to what the role actually needed day to day. I had the chance to ask questions at the end, which helped me confirm how they thought about the work.

There were two people interviewing me—one manager and a senior manager. The whole thing felt balanced: I wasn’t thrown off by anything unusual, but the conversation required me to be precise about how my background connected to their expectations.
