United Airlines Business Analyst interview experience

I ended up with four rounds of interviews, and the content included both an Excel and a strategy test.

What made it feel real was that I met people at different levels—from analysts up through managing directors. Each conversation had that “evaluate you at multiple depths” feeling, especially with the mix of practical testing and formal interviews.

Even with the longer wait for the paperwork at the end, the interview flow itself didn’t feel messy. I walked away thinking the role was being assessed from multiple angles, not just one interviewer's preferences.
