I went through a long interview process for network planning that didn’t end the way I hoped.

The steps were a recruiter interview, then a case study that took about an hour, and then interviews with a manager and another person.

What made it hard to keep confidence was the length of the process. It dragged enough that I started to feel like momentum was slipping, and it ultimately didn’t move forward.

Even though the structure was clear—recruiter, case work, then manager conversations—the outcome left me frustrated. Looking back, the hardest part wasn’t the individual rounds as much as how long it lasted without a final decision.
