My first step was an online questionnaire, and it surprised me because the personality questions weren’t the usual style.

One prompt asked me to choose the order of who I would tell about an issue involving a situation with someone, and it felt more situational than typical self-assessment.

That early stage set the tone for the rest of the process, which ultimately stayed on the simpler side in terms of difficulty. I didn’t get an offer, but I walked away remembering that the questions were a bit unconventional and made me think about prioritization more than about opinions.

Overall, it wasn’t stressful, but it was noticeable that they were trying to measure decision-making in a more indirect way.
