IndiaPosted Jun 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed with friendly, encouraging interviewers, but the process stalled after I was told I was selected and then went quiet for weeks.

Technical discussion (1 hour) — An in-depth conversation where I covered my experience; the interviewer also said the role would be similar to what I was already doing.
Waiting for next panel — After the discussion, I was informed I’d been selected but was told I had to wait for the next panel availability. Outcome: No offer; I ended up on hold after delays and internal consideration of another candidate.
