I had a positive, well-organized interview journey with three main technical/leadership rounds before additional HR and VP conversations.

Round 1 (developer-led) — A developer took the first round.
Round 2 (global architect-led) — The second round was conducted by a global architect.
Round 3 (managerial) — A managerial discussion came next.
Additional interviews — After the main three, there were HR discussions and a conversation with a VP. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, but the overall process felt well run and cooperative.
