The interview process I went through ended up being thorough and more time-consuming than I expected.

It felt like a proper multi-step evaluation rather than a quick chat, and it took a while to get through the full set of conversations.

What helped was that everything happened online, so I didn’t have to travel to the research office. Even though the process stretched out, the online format made it easier to stay focused, and it gave me a clearer view of what they were doing without the commute stress.

I didn’t end up with an offer, but I appreciated the seriousness of how they ran things. The part that surprised me most was just how detailed and drawn out it was.
