Denver, COPosted Feb 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process started with a phone interview, and then I moved to a second interview on a conference call over MS Teams.

The phone screen was straightforward, and the second conversation included additional engineers.

Everything ran on time, and the hiring manager had good questions that felt like they were actually trying to understand me rather than going through motions. The interview wrapped up within the allotted meeting time, and I remember feeling like people were genuinely interested in what I had to say. It was an overall easy, positive experience, even though it still didn’t result in an offer for me.
