Fargo, NDPosted Oct 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interview didn’t include coding, but it still felt technical in the sense that I was asked about how I think through engineering work.

The questions centered on project planning, my understanding of agile methodology, and design principles.

The interviewers were receptive to questions and helped keep me comfortable throughout the discussion, which made the “no-code” format less intimidating than I expected. It stayed approachable the whole time, and while I didn’t get an offer, the experience left me feeling like they were genuinely engaged.
