My interview loop had two rounds.

One was with an HR representative, and the other was with a lead engineer. The HR conversation was more about personality—how I work and how I’d fit—but the lead engineer interview shifted toward more technical questions.

That split helped me understand what they were evaluating at each stage. The lead engineer part felt more substantial technically, while HR stayed more conversational and people-focused. Overall it was a balanced experience across both conversations, and I didn’t end up with an offer afterward.
