My experience followed the usual interview pattern: I applied online, then had a recruiter interview, and then an on-site interview.

Nothing about the structure felt unusual.

We talked about my background and why I was interested in the job I applied for, along with standard questions about strengths and weaknesses. I also remember reading a bit about what the company does beforehand so I wouldn’t be walking in blind.

It was straightforward overall, and although it didn’t turn into an offer for me, the process felt normal and easy to navigate.
