I interviewed for the Account Executive role and had a frustrating recruiter experience during an assessment stage.

Teams-style recruiter outreach + assessment — I received an initial message with a set of situational cases (about 30 minutes) plus a candidate form.
Recruiter interaction — The recruiter experience felt disrespectful and unprofessional, including phone-looking behavior during the call. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway was that the recruiting contact and tone significantly shaped the experience.
