Uline Account Executive interview experience

• Sales tests — Began with sales-related assessments that took a couple of hours.
• Behavioral interview (phone) — After completing the tests, I was contacted by phone for a behavioral interview focused on my resume, experience, and skills.

Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway is to be ready for a long, upfront testing phase before any meaningful conversational interview.
