I started with an interview that turned into a tense, assessment-heavy zoom conversation with HR, and it didn’t feel welcoming.

Office interview (ended up as zoom) — I arrived expecting in-person, but the discussion was conducted via zoom from their office; the sales area was notably quiet.
Assessments — I completed numerous assessments before the HR conversation.
HR interview — a zoom discussion with HR after the assessments. Outcome: I didn’t move forward; the overall vibe was tense and the multi-step screening didn’t lead to an offer.
