I went through a three-part assessment where the personality piece felt like it needed a specific “work persona,” making it a bit nuanced.

Math test + written personality test + group interview — I completed three tests: a math assessment, a written personality evaluation, and a group interview.
Personality test nuance — the personality test wasn’t about my everyday traits; it was meant to reflect how I’d present in a work setting. Outcome: I didn’t report an offer; the takeaway was that easy-seeming content still required thinking about “how I work,” not just who I am.
