Uline Account Executive interview experience

• Multiple phone calls and screening — I had several calls as part of the screening.
• Two virtual interviews — I completed two separate online interview sessions.
• Ride-along with a sales rep — I spent time riding along with a sales representative in the area.
• Drug test at the end — The process ended with a hair strand drug test.

Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway is that late-stage logistics (like ride-alongs and testing) can be part of the process.
