Allentown, PAPosted Mar 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for an Account Executive role at Uline in a lengthy process over roughly two months, and it felt difficult from the start.

Pre-interview testing — I had to complete several assessments with cutoffs/scores to reach before moving forward.
Interview with manager — I met with a manager as part of a multi-step evaluation.
Interview with director — I continued through another round with a director.
Final interview: branch manager — I finished with the branch manager. Outcome: I didn’t get the offer, and the biggest takeaway was that you need to clear score-based tests and be ready for multiple leadership conversations.
