I interviewed for an Account Executive role in a straightforward, casual sequence that still required multiple random assessments.

HR screen (virtual) — I focused on my background and why I was interested, with no trick questions.
Sales interviews (virtual) — I met with a sales manager and a sales trainer; again, the questions were oriented around understanding my experience and fit.
Assessments — I completed a bunch of random tests where accuracy mattered. Outcome: I didn’t move forward; it felt like they were trying to gauge personality and fit, and doing that over Teams was harder than it would have been in person.
