I found the early stage respectful but cold, with a pre-interview test that leaned heavily on company history instead of how I’d sell.

Verbal-style pre-interview test — I did a strange, clinical-sounding assessment taken in a group setting.
Company history focus — most questions centered on company background; I understood the rationale of checking research, but it limited my ability to explain how I help clients and drive sales. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway was that the screening felt more about recall than sales impact.
