Hudson, WIPosted Dec 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for the Account Executive role and experienced a very difficult, multi-round process with lots of testing.

Multi-round interviews + many tests — I went through several rounds, and the overall bar felt high.
Hair follicle drug test — I had to complete a hair follicle test.
General interview questions — The interview questions sounded broad rather than role-specific.
Testing — The assessments were described as somewhat simple but lengthy, including number-based testing and personality testing. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway was that the volume and length of testing dominated the experience.
