I went through a long, multi-level funnel that included tests, leadership meetings, and a ride-along—high effort and very difficult overall.

Phone screen with recruiter — first interview was over the phone with the recruiter.
Onsite: written test + HR interview — second stage involved coming into the office for a written test and an HR interview.
Onsite: leadership interview group — third stage included interviews with district, sales, and branch leadership.
Ride-along — fourth stage was a ride-along with a tenured territory manager. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer; the takeaway was that the scope was intense and demanded sustained participation across many layers.
