UKG Solutions Consultant interview experience

I had one interview with a recruiter, then two more interviews with two different managers.

What surprised me was how little it felt like a deep technical assessment. Instead, the conversations centered on whether I was a good fit. There wasn’t anything “extraordinary” or unexpectedly hard—more like they were trying to understand how I fit into the team and role.

It stayed at an average level of difficulty, and even though it didn’t feel intense, the evaluation still didn’t result in an offer. I ended the process feeling like the decision came down to fit rather than technical performance.
