The first step was a phone screening with the recruiter, and then it moved into a more traditional sequence.

I had a 1:1 interview with a manager, and after that I went through a group interview.

The group setting focused on how I worked with other people—specifically teamwork and the ability to communicate with others. The manager conversation felt more personal, but the group interview was clearly where they wanted to observe dynamics.

Overall, it felt like an average-difficulty process: not overly technical, but not completely casual either. I didn’t receive an offer, and the final feeling was that I was evaluated heavily on interpersonal fit as much as role fit.
