UKG Solutions Consultant interview experience

Along the way, I had both a small quiz component and a mock interview-style exercise, which made it feel more like a practical evaluation than a purely conversational one. I also remember the group nature of at least part of it—the interaction format mattered, not just the questions. Overall, it felt like a more structured approach with multiple checkpoints before the next stage.
