During my interviews, the hiring manager came across as incredibly dismissive.

I remember they cut the interview short while I was in the middle of a presentation I’d been required to give, and the feedback I received didn’t feel constructive—it was more belittling than helpful. The overall impression was that the role had been advertised for a while, and it felt like the process wasn’t about finding the best fit so much as about the hiring manager’s ego. Honestly, I felt relieved that I didn’t end up joining.
