My initial screening was handled well and set a good tone.

During the recruiter call, the person was attentive and followed up on what I shared instead of rushing through the conversation. They also gave me helpful insight into the role.

The timing felt respectful too. I wasn’t rushed, and there was enough space for me to ask questions and talk through details rather than just answer and move on.

Overall, it was an average-difficulty experience and felt smooth. I still didn’t receive an offer, but the screening itself felt genuinely considerate, which made the final result feel more disappointing than frustrating.
