I had three interviews over the course of a single week, all virtually.

It started with a quick screening call, then moved into an interview with a recruiter, and ended with a meeting with the management team of my department. It felt challenging compared to the others I’d been through because it was compressed into a short time window and it involved multiple layers of stakeholders, not just one conversation. By the end, I felt like I’d been thoroughly vetted across both my background and how I’d fit in the department.
