My initial screen was pleasant and they covered both my background and broader role context.

We talked briefly about my application and also about culture and the offerings at UKG, and the role itself. They were very consistent about follow-up and follow through with their timeline, and the next step was positioned as a manager interview. It felt somewhat difficult mainly because it was the kind of discussion that sets expectations for what comes next, not because the recruiter screen itself was harsh.
