San Diego, CAPosted Jan 2016 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I spoke with the supervisor first over the phone, then the process moved quickly into an in-person day.

On that one day, I met with all staff, and I gave a presentation about my work experience. After that, I met again with the future supervisor to go over the job in more detail.

What stood out was how compact the whole thing was—it was essentially one in-person stretch from introductions through my presentation and the deeper discussion. The difficulty felt very light overall, and the day didn’t drag, which made the experience feel efficient rather than intense. By the end, I had a clearer picture of what the role involved and what the team expected.
