San Diego, CAPosted Oct 2017 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interview process moved fast—about two weeks from when I started to when I was in the conversation.

The recruiter and interviewers focused on my resume in a very direct way, asking specific questions about particular experiences I’d listed, including walking through one event in detail.

It felt straightforward and manageable. The structure was simple enough that if I could clearly explain what I’d done on my resume and why it mattered, I was able to answer without getting tripped up. Nothing about it felt overly complicated or puzzling; it was mostly a test of whether my past work lined up with what they were looking for.
