My process included a behavioral online test followed by two online technical-and-news interviews with senior staff.

Online behavioral test — a culture/behavior assessment as the first filter.
Interview round 1 (with a senior) — I covered technical content (relationships across financial statements) plus behavioral questions like teamwork and communication.
Interview round 2 (with another senior) — I discussed views on recent market moves, what effect I saw, and shared my perspective on current topics and deals. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway was that they evaluated both accounting fundamentals and your ability to form a coherent market viewpoint.
