I interviewed for UBS Financial Analyst across five rounds, and while it felt friendly overall, the process ended without an offer.

Technical + competency interview — I was asked technical and competency questions in a friendly setting.
Additional rounds (total 5) — subsequent discussions included standard competency themes.
Final round (aptitude focus) — focused on aptitude and included questions about teamwork and leadership style. Outcome: I didn’t get the offer; the takeaway was that teamwork and leadership style were explicitly evaluated alongside aptitude.
