I interviewed for UBS Financial Analyst in a straightforward, conversational behavioral process with light prep around market context and motivation.

Round 1 (behavioral) — a 30-minute conversational behavioral interview.
Round 2 (behavioral) — a second 30-minute conversational behavioral interview.
Prep focus — I was advised to know current market events, while the main emphasis was understanding why UBS and why the specific platform/group. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway was that being clear about motivation (UBS and the group) mattered even in an easy-feeling process.
