I interviewed for UBS Financial Analyst in a two-step online-to-video-to-superday flow that heavily emphasized behavioral storytelling plus market awareness.

Online tests — two online components covering behavioral and memory.
HireVue — mostly behavioral prompts, with an explicit markets check (what was going on in the markets).
Superday — two back-to-back interviews; interviewers focused on my background and asked only behavioral questions plus what was happening in the markets. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway was that market awareness and consistent background narratives were repeated at every stage.
