I had two coding rounds, and both were pretty easy.

The questions leaned on basic Java and design patterns, and each round lasted about an hour. The interviewers were supportive and encouraging, which made the live coding feel less tense than I expected.

Even so, the timeline stretched out: the whole hiring process took around three months. I also received an offer letter after about three weeks.

I didn’t end up with an offer, but the coding rounds themselves were the most comfortable part of the experience and the interviewers’ tone stood out.
