UBS Software Engineer interview experience

The format was seven questions, with about two minutes of prep time for each one and roughly two minutes to answer. The questions were meant to be handled with structure, and I found myself trying to keep my responses organized rather than rambling.

The instructions emphasized being honest, but also staying engaging—almost like they wanted clear, animated delivery even within short timeboxes. By the end, it felt less like a conversation and more like a performance under timing constraints.
