My process began with an online assessment that combined one coding question with a set of multiple-choice questions, plus aptitude.

The exact number of MCQs varied, but the structure was consistent: coding first, then more general aptitude questions.

After that, I moved into two follow-up rounds. One round was technical and the other was HR, so it balanced skill-checking with fit and communication. The online portion felt like the gate, and then the later rounds determined whether I matched what they were looking for.

I didn’t end up getting an offer. The reflection I had was that the pipeline was straightforward and fairly standard, but the final decision still depended on how well I did in both the technical and HR
