My path started with an online test that combined multiple-choice questions and a medium-level coding question.

The multiple-choice section covered verbal, aptitude, and core CS concepts. From there, only a subset of people—about 30 out of 200—were invited to interviews.

I went through two technical rounds. The first was completely technical with OOPs concepts, software methodologies, and projects, and the second leaned a bit more managerial with scenario-based questions. After that, they shortlisted some for HR—around 15—and then offered roles to about 10. It felt like a pipeline with a lot of filtering and relatively clear stage gates.
