I went through online assessment first, then a recorded video interview.

The next step was an in-person assessment centre that had two separate interview-style conversations: one labelled as competency-focused and the other more commercial.

The competency conversation covered the usual behavioural and CV questions, while the commercial side was a lighter but still structured chat about technical awareness of the industry. The overall difficulty felt easy, and the flow made it easy to follow what each round was trying to measure. Even with that smooth experience, there wasn’t an offer at the end of the process.
